Sequence of the work

Open USB Blu file
① Save the BLU file to USB and insert it into the machine. (Saving blu files in Era Refer to the following procedure)


1. Automatic operation


Open a design from USB ( *.dsr, *.dst and etc. )
Open a design from Hard Disk or USB (*.blu file )
View desgn
View table
Zoom in, Zoom out
move the cursor to the selected position
After clicking Move to, enter the number of stones to move below..
Place a stone once at the cursor position
Go to initial setting position
When the machine stops abnormally and the error message number is 1000 or more, check the feeder and machine status, click Origin, and then Start.

Table moved to lower left for hotfix tape replacement
Remove the docking head
Vacuum cleaning of the docking head. Stop by click the vacuum icon
When checking the machine or warming up at 10 degrees or less
Display data based on completion of setting work & Reset

Actual working size display
The middle of the feeder holder No. 6 is the reference point
Stop, Start
Stop status indication. Green when working
Normal operation indication. The loop will come loose in case of a problem ( => contact us )
A : Current working speed
B : Speed increase/decrease control
C : speed setpoint
D : Speed increase/decrease setting value
ex) Increase or decrease by 50
A : Table movement direction
B : Check docking head lever operation
( After removing the feeder from the machine, it must be checked )
C : Docking and undocking the head in right place

2. Sequence of the work
Ⅰ Open USB Blu file
① Save the BLU file to USB and insert it into the machine. (Saving blu files in Era Refer to the following procedure)
② Click ‘Open’

③ Click ‘USB Memory’
④ Select a design and click ‘Open’

⑤ Install the feeder in the order of No. 1 and click 2 ‘Start’
Ⅱ Save other support files to HDD
① Save DSR, DST, Other supported files to USB and insert it into the machine.
② Click import on Automatic operation screen
③ 1 Select a design 2 click ‘Preview’ 3 click ‘Import’

④ A Design location, stone q’ty etc B Change Repeat, setting order and start point C Feeder position SAVE
⑤ Save Folder name in HDD
1 Save – 2 File name typing – 3 Save – 4 Close
A Up folder : Double-click to show the entire folder

B New folder : Save New folder.. When double click new folder, you can see files names
⑥ 1 Click the saved file – 2 Close
⑦ Model- Close
⑧ Automatic operation - Mount the feeders on the machine in order - Start

3. Other functions
Ⅰ. Save New folder.
Ref . Page 4~5 ①~④ proceed in the same order
⑤ C : Save New folder 1 New folder – 2. New folder name – 3. Save
Double click Animal Folder

1 animal folder- 2 Save – 3 file name – 4 Save
1 click fox file – 2 Close

Ⅱ Organize folders
Click ‘Open’
Click ‘Explorer’
When you see the USB memory icon as shown below, the hard disk is currently open.

Organize folders on your hard disk using the icons at the top
A Hard Disk B/media/ You can organize BLU files in USB on the screen below.
※ BLU files in Hard Disk and USB can be copied and pasted to each other. ( When each File is touched, it is activated in blue. Multi-selectable with each touch )

4. Update
① Press and hold the letter A at the bottom for 3 seconds.
② Send a picture of the upgrade date screen to the place of purchase.
③ Create an upgrade folder on the USB with the update folder received by e-mail and save it as follows.. After turning on the power, plug in the USB.
There are times when only cp or op is updated, or both. Only the received folder is saved in the upgrade folder. Upgrade each upgrade folder by date

④ Click on cp or op to upgrade. Below is an example of op upgrade.
⑤ When the upgrade is complete, press OK and restart.

5. Maintenance
Ⅰ. Vacuum Cleaning : If the vacuum is weakened
Click 1 Cleaning, After 20 seconds, click Vacuum in twice 2, 3
Ⅱ Vacuum check : If it doesn't work after vacuum cleaning
① Press “A” of Automatice for 3 seconds and click Control Panel – GPIO Test
② Click No.1 Vacuum
Click No 2 ‘on” : Check for vacuum sound, and then click 3 ‘off’ & 4 ‘close’.
If it is not resolved, take a video (including sound) and contact the customer service.
