Product & Specifications
What does the Blingmatix do?
Blingmatix is a fully automatic rhinestone setting machine. It places up to 600 stones per minute in up to 6 colors per design, eliminating the need to cut manual templates. A single operator can manage three to five machines at once.
What is the maximum speed?
Up to 600 stones per minute. Actual speed depends on stone size, design complexity, and the number of colors used in a single design.
What stone sizes are supported?
Standard sizes SS6 through SS20 (2 mm – 5 mm). Special-size feeders are available for SS4, SS8, and SS12 (1.5 mm – 3.5 mm). The machine works with MC stones, rhinestones, and studs.
What's included with the machine?
One Blingmatix machine, six feeders (two each for SS6 and SS10, one each for SS16 and SS20), feeder stand, design software, and a maintenance toolkit. See the User Manuals for the full parts list.
What are the power and space requirements?
Machines shipped to the United States are supplied for single-phase 110–120V AC, 50/60Hz, 500W — no transformer needed. For other markets the standard supply is single-phase 220V AC 50/60Hz.
Do I need an air compressor?
No external air compressor is required to run the machine — the compressor needed for normal operation is built in. We do recommend having a small separate compressor or air blower available for cleaning and maintenance: the 10-second air flow cleaning between sessions, clearing a clogged feeder nozzle, and general dust removal. It is a convenience for upkeep, not a requirement for production.
Software
What design software is included?
Your machine comes with BlingmatiX Studio, our own design and machine-control software. The first year is included free with your machine. After that it continues at $9 per month. Designs are exported as .blu files and transferred to the machine via USB. See the Video Tutorials for a walkthrough of installing and using it.
Can I import my existing designs?
Yes. BlingmatiX Studio imports SVG and .blu files directly. It does not read Era's native .dsg format — export from Era as .blu or .svg first and the design imports cleanly. Step-by-step guidance is in the User Manuals and Video Tutorials.
What is a .blu file (BluScript)?
BluScript — usually just called .blu — is the design file format the Blingmatix machine reads. It is a format, not a separate program. BlingmatiX Studio and Era Design Software can both export designs as .blu; you then transfer the file to the machine via USB. BlingmatiX Studio also imports SVG, but not Era's native .dsg format — export from Era as .blu or .svg instead.
Warranty & Support
What does the warranty cover?
The machine includes a one-year limited factory warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Full terms — including what is covered, exclusions, and how to make a claim — are in the Warranty & Customer Support Agreement.
Do you offer on-site technical support in the United States?
No. Blingmatix provides remote support only, by video call and phone. We do not have a physical service center in the United States. By purchasing the machine, the buyer accepts that all technical support is delivered remotely. This is explained in detail in the Warranty & Customer Support Agreement.
How does remote support work?
Contact us via the Support Contact page with your machine's serial number, date of purchase, and a description of the issue. Photos or short videos help us diagnose faster. Most issues can be resolved over a single video call.
What if I need a replacement part?
Replacement parts are available. Contact remote support — we will identify the correct part, quote the price and shipping cost, and ship from Korea. Installation guidance for owner-level parts is provided during a remote support session. Advanced repairs must be performed by a qualified service engineer.
Shipping & Delivery
Where does the machine ship from?
The Blingmatix ships directly from our factory in South Korea via international freight.
How long until I receive my machine?
Typical delivery time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation, depending on freight schedule and customs clearance in the destination country. Lead time will be confirmed before shipment.
What about import duties and customs?
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the buyer's responsibility. These vary by country and are not included in the machine price. See the Shipping Policy for details.
Do you handle installation?
Installation is performed at your location using our step-by-step video tutorials and user manuals. You carry out the installation yourself — the tutorials and manuals cover the whole process, from uncrating and positioning through to the first test run. We do not provide on-site physical installation service, and we do not join your first installation by video call. If you get stuck, open a support request and our remote support team will help you through it, by video call if the issue calls for one.
Purchase & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
Standard payment methods are available at checkout. For bank wire transfers or other arrangements, please contact us before placing your order.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. The machine cannot be returned for refund after shipment. See the full Return Policy for details. Manufacturing defects are covered separately under the factory warranty — contact support if you believe your machine has a defect.
Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellation is only possible before production has begun. Once production starts or shipment is in transit, the order cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
Operation & Maintenance
How much maintenance does the machine need?
Light daily maintenance: a 10-second air flow cleaning before or after each session, periodic feeder cleaning if the nozzle clogs, and air filter cleaning when the transparent bottle is more than 30% full of debris. The Video Tutorials and User Manuals cover all routine maintenance.
What if I get an error during operation?
Most errors have a simple cause — clogged feeder, dry worktable, sensor blockage, or open door. See the Troubleshooting section of the User Manuals for common fixes. If you cannot resolve the issue, contact remote support.
How long should the machine last?
With proper care and routine maintenance, the Blingmatix is built for many years of production use. The factory retains main parts for at least 5 years to ensure long-term parts availability.
