Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO RETURNS
Due to the highly specialized, industrial nature of the BlingMatiX Rhinestone Setting Machine and the fact that the product is shipped internationally from the Republic of Korea, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges once the product has been shipped. All sales are final.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this No-Returns Policy as a material condition of the sale.
1. No Returns After Shipment
Once the BlingMatiX Rhinestone Setting Machine has been shipped from our warehouse in the Republic of Korea, the order cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This applies regardless of whether the product has been opened, installed, used, or remains in its original packaging.
2. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You may request to cancel your order BEFORE the product has been shipped by contacting us in writing at info@BlingMatiX.com.
- If we have not yet prepared your order for shipment, we will refund the full purchase price, less any non-refundable processing fees charged by our payment processor.
- If the order has already been prepared for shipment (packaging, customs documentation, freight booking) but has not yet left our facility, a restocking and handling fee of 15% of the purchase price will apply.
- Once the product has left our facility, the order can no longer be cancelled and Section 1 applies.
3. Damage During Shipping
The product is fully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. Risk of loss or damage during transit passes to the customer once the product is handed over to the freight carrier.
If the product arrives damaged, the customer MUST:
(a) Refuse delivery or note the damage on the delivery receipt at the time of receipt;
(b) Take clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged product BEFORE unpacking further;
(c) File a damage claim directly with the freight carrier within the timeframe required by that carrier (typically 24–72 hours);
(d) Notify BlingMatiX at info@BlingMatiX.com within 7 days of delivery, including photographs and the carrier claim reference number.
BlingMatiX will assist the customer in supporting the carrier claim by providing shipping documentation and product information. However, BlingMatiX is not responsible for damage caused during shipping and any compensation for shipping damage is the responsibility of the freight carrier.
4. Defective Products — Factory Warranty
If the product is defective due to a manufacturing fault, it is covered under the one (1) year factory manufacturer warranty as described in our Terms and Conditions, Section 9.
Warranty service is NOT a return. Under warranty:
- The customer must contact BlingMatiX at info@BlingMatiX.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue;
- BlingMatiX, at its sole discretion and in coordination with the manufacturer, may provide replacement parts, remote troubleshooting, or other warranty remedies;
- Shipping costs for warranty parts or service are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified in writing;
- The warranty does NOT entitle the customer to a refund or a replacement machine, except as expressly stated.
5. Non-Returnable Items (Always Final Sale)
The following are always final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances:
- Custom-configured machines or special orders;
- Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "As-Is";
- Software licenses, digital files, and design files (once delivered);
- Consumable parts and accessories that have been opened or used;
- Gift cards.
6. Refusal of Delivery
If a customer refuses delivery of a properly shipped, undamaged product without prior written agreement from BlingMatiX, the customer remains fully responsible for the purchase price, the original shipping cost, return freight to Korea (if applicable), and any customs, duties, taxes, storage, or disposal fees incurred. No refund will be issued in such cases.
7. Customer Acknowledgment
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this No-Returns Policy. You acknowledge that BlingMatiX is shipping from the Republic of Korea, that international return shipping of industrial equipment is impractical, and that your remedies in the event of a defect are limited to the manufacturer warranty as described in our Terms and Conditions.
