Shipping policy

BlingmatiX LLC (a Texas company) is the seller. BlingmatiX machines are manufactured to order and shipped internationally from our manufacturer in the Republic of Korea. This Shipping Policy explains how production, shipment, and delivery work. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Origin
All BlingmatiX machines ship from the manufacturing facility in the Republic of Korea. We do not maintain warehouses or in-country inventory outside the Republic of Korea.

2. Importer of Record; Duties
BlingmatiX LLC acts as the U.S. importer of record and handles U.S. customs clearance and any applicable import duties. You are purchasing from a U.S. company and are not the importer of record; you will not be responsible for separate import or customs charges upon delivery.

3. Production & Shipment Timeline
Each machine is built to order. The typical timeline from confirmed order to delivery is approximately 4-6 weeks:
- Production: approximately 2-3 weeks after order confirmation and payment
- International freight & customs clearance: approximately 2-3 weeks, depending on destination and freight method
Specific lead times will be confirmed in your order acknowledgment. Production schedules and freight transit times can be affected by factors outside our control (carrier delays, port congestion, customs holds, weather, holidays). We will notify you promptly of any material change to the timeline.

4. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage during transit passes to the customer once the Product is handed to the freight carrier. Please see our Refund Policy for transit-damage claim procedures.

5. Delivery
Freight delivery of industrial equipment may require the customer to be available to receive the shipment and to arrange for offloading at the delivery location. Any special delivery requirements are the customer's responsibility unless agreed in writing.

6. Technical Support
Technical support is provided remotely, by video and phone. BlingmatiX LLC does not operate a physical service center in the United States. Please see our Terms of Service for details.
