Shipping Policy

Blingmatix machines are manufactured to order and ship directly from our factory in South Korea to customers worldwide. This Shipping Policy explains how production, shipment, and delivery work. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Origin
All Blingmatix machines ship from our manufacturing facility in South Korea. We do not maintain warehouses or in-country inventory outside South Korea.
2. Production & Shipment Timeline
Each machine is built to order. The typical timeline from confirmed order to delivery is 4–6 weeks:
- Production: approximately 2–3 weeks after order confirmation and payment
- International freight & customs clearance: approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on destination and freight method
Specific lead times will be confirmed in your order acknowledgment. Production schedules and freight transit times can be affected by factors outside our control (carrier delays, port congestion, customs holds, weather, holidays). We will notify you promptly of any material change to the timeline.
3. Freight Method
Machines are shipped by international sea freight as the standard method. Air freight is available on request for an additional cost — please contact us before placing your order if you require expedited shipment.
The machine is packaged in a wooden export crate and palletized. Total shipping weight is approximately 230 kg / 507 lbs. Crate dimensions and final shipping weight will be confirmed before shipment.
4. Shipping Terms (Incoterms)
Standard shipping terms will be confirmed in your order acknowledgment. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer is responsible for import customs clearance and applicable duties and taxes in the destination country (see Section 5).
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs clearance charges are the buyer's responsibility. These vary by country and are not included in the machine price displayed at checkout. We recommend consulting a local customs broker prior to ordering for a duty estimate.
6. U.S. Logistics & Customs Agents
For shipments to the United States, Blingmatix works with authorized agents who handle U.S.-side shipping tracking, customs clearance, and related duty/tax payments on the buyer's behalf:
- Seabig Express — freight forwarding and shipment tracking
- Crystax Inc. — customs clearance and duty/tax processing
These agents are authorized to coordinate the U.S. portion of your delivery, including customs payments. Any payments due to these agents (for customs clearance, duties, taxes, or related logistics fees) are separate from the machine price shown at checkout. Payment instructions will be provided directly in your order acknowledgment — Blingmatix will never request such payments through unverified channels. If you receive any payment request claiming to be from Blingmatix or its agents that does not match the instructions in your official order acknowledgment, please contact us immediately before sending any funds.
7. Tracking
Once your shipment leaves our facility, we will provide a freight reference number. Live tracking detail depends on the freight carrier and may be more limited than typical small-parcel tracking. For U.S. shipments, our authorized agents (see Section 6) can provide status updates during the U.S. logistics and customs clearance stage. Please contact us if you need a freight status update.
8. Receiving Your Machine
The Blingmatix machine is heavy and crated. Please prepare for delivery as follows:
- Have a forklift or pallet jack available at the delivery location to unload the crate.
- Inspect the crate visually before signing the delivery receipt.
- Photograph any visible damage to the crate before accepting delivery.
- If damage is observed, note it on the delivery receipt before signing.

9. Damages and Loss in Transit
While Blingmatix takes care to crate and prepare every shipment securely, damage and loss during international freight are governed by the carrier's terms once the shipment leaves our facility. Compensation for damage or loss in transit is the responsibility of the freight carrier or the cargo insurer.
If you observe damage on delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and the delivery receipt. We will assist you with the documentation and freight claim process.
We recommend that buyers consider cargo insurance for shipments. Contact us before order confirmation if you would like to add cargo insurance to your shipment.
10. Returns and Cancellations
Once production has begun on your order, the order cannot be canceled. Once shipment has left our facility, all sales are final. Please review the Return Policy for full terms.
