These terms and conditions govern your use of the website located at www.blingmatix.com and the sale and use of all products sold by BlingmatiX LLC. By accessing this website or purchasing any product, you accept these terms in full. Do not use this website or purchase our products if you do not agree to all of these terms.

1. Definitions
"Website" refers to www.blingmatix.com.
"We," "Us," "Our," "BlingmatiX," and "Seller" refer to BlingmatiX LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
"You" and "Your" refer to the person using this website or purchasing our products.
"Product" refers to the BlingmatiX Full Automatic Rhinestone Setting Machine and any related parts, accessories, or software.

2. Use of the Website
By accessing the website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and you agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, BlingmatiX LLC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. You must not republish, sell, reproduce, or redistribute material from this website without prior written permission.

4. Products and Services
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to change product descriptions or pricing at any time without notice.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.

6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made through the methods specified on the website. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received in full.

7. Seller; Import; Shipping and Delivery
BlingmatiX LLC (a Texas company) is the seller of record. The Product is manufactured and shipped from our manufacturer in the Republic of Korea. BlingmatiX LLC acts as the U.S. importer of record and is responsible for U.S. customs clearance and any applicable import duties. Accordingly, you are purchasing from a U.S. company and are not the importer of record. Shipping and delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. We will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery estimates but are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns and Refunds
Our Refund Policy explains the terms for cancellations, transit damage, and warranty remedies, including that returns of this industrial equipment are not accepted after shipment. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

9. Manufacturer Warranty
The Product is covered by a one (1) year factory warranty provided by the manufacturer, beginning on the date the Product is delivered. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does NOT cover: damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or operation outside documented specifications; damage from accidents, power surges, environmental conditions, liquids, or foreign objects; normal wear and tear (including feeders, belts, and consumable parts); damage caused by unauthorized modification, repair, or use of non-approved parts; cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality; or any product where the serial number has been altered or removed. Warranty claims must be submitted to info@blingmatix.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Replacement parts or service decisions are made in coordination with the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with warranty service unless otherwise specified in writing.

10. Technical Support - Important Notice
BlingmatiX LLC does NOT operate a physical technical-support facility or service center in the United States. All technical support is provided remotely, by video call or phone, during normal business hours. By purchasing the Product, you acknowledge and agree that: there is no on-site technical support, on-site installation, or on-site repair service in the USA; all troubleshooting, training, and support are provided through video and/or phone consultation only; the customer is responsible for performing any physical handling, inspection, part replacement, or maintenance following our remote guidance; response times for support may vary and are not guaranteed; and any on-site visit or hands-on service (if available at all) would be at the customer's own cost and arrangement.

11. Customer Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts: (a) the Product is sold with the one (1) year factory manufacturer warranty described in Section 9; (b) no physical or on-site technical support is provided in the United States, and all post-sale support is limited to video and phone as described in Section 10; (c) the customer has read and agreed to the Refund Policy, including its restrictions on returns of industrial machinery; and (d) the customer is solely responsible for proper installation, operation, personnel training, and maintenance in accordance with the user manual. This acknowledgment is a material condition of the sale.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall BlingmatiX LLC, nor its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, or suppliers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business, production, data, or business interruption, arising out of or connected with: your use of, or inability to use, the website or the Product; any defect, malfunction, or failure of the Product; any delay in delivery, support, or warranty service; or any action or inaction by the customer in operating or maintaining the Product. BlingmatiX LLC's total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid by the customer for the Product. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlingmatiX LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Product, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Variation of Terms
BlingmatiX LLC may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Product shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. At BlingmatiX LLC's sole discretion, disputes may alternatively be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas.

17. Independent Entity
BlingmatiX LLC is an independent company. Any reference to the manufacturer or suppliers is made solely to identify the origin of the Product and does not create any partnership, agency, or joint venture.
