These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of BlingMatiX's website, located at www.blingmatix.com, and govern the sale and use of all BlingMatiX products. By accessing this website or purchasing any product, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use BlingMatiX or purchase our products if you do not agree to all of the terms stated on this page.

1. Definitions
"Website" refers to BlingMatiX's website, accessible at www.blingmatix.com.
"We," "Us," "Our," and "BlingMatiX" refer to BlingMatiX.
"You" and "Your" refer to you, the person using this website or purchasing our products.
"Product" refers to the BlingMatiX Full Automatic Rhinestone Setting Machine and any related parts, accessories, or software.

2. Use of the Website
By accessing the website, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, BlingMatiX and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on BlingMatiX. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You must not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce, duplicate, copy, or redistribute material from BlingMatiX without prior written permission.

4. Products and Services
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to change product descriptions or pricing at any time without notice.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

6. Pricing and Payment
All prices on our website are displayed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made through the methods specified on the website. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received in full.

7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. We will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery estimates, but we are not liable for any delay in delivery caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns and Refunds
Our Return Policy explains the terms for returns and refunds, including conditions, exclusions, restocking fees, and the customer's responsibility for return freight on industrial equipment. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

9. Manufacturer Warranty
The BlingMatiX Rhinestone Setting Machine is covered by a one (1) year factory warranty provided by the manufacturer, beginning on the date the product is delivered to the customer. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty does NOT cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or operation outside the documented specifications;
- Damage from accidents, power surges, environmental conditions, liquids, or foreign objects;
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to feeders, belts, and consumable parts;
- Damage caused by unauthorized modification, repair, or use of non-approved parts or accessories;
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality;
- Any product where the serial number has been altered or removed.

Warranty claims must be submitted to info@BlingMatiX.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Replacement parts or service decisions are made at the manufacturer's discretion. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with warranty service unless otherwise specified in writing.

10. Technical Support — Important Notice
BlingMatiX does NOT operate a physical technical-support facility or service center in the United States. All technical support is provided remotely, by video call or phone, during normal business hours. By purchasing the product, you acknowledge and agree that:

- There is no on-site technical support, on-site installation, or on-site repair service available in the USA;
- All troubleshooting, training, and support will be provided through video and/or phone consultation only;
- The customer is responsible for performing any physical handling, inspection, part replacement, or maintenance of the machine following our remote guidance;
- Response times for video or phone support may vary and are not guaranteed;
- Any travel, on-site visits, or hands-on service requested by the customer (if available at all) will be at the customer's own cost and arrangement.

11. Customer Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By placing an order for the BlingMatiX Rhinestone Setting Machine, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts:

(a) That the machine is sold with a one (1) year factory manufacturer warranty as described in Section 9;
(b) That no physical or on-site technical support is provided in the United States, and that all post-sale support is limited to video and phone communication as described in Section 10;
(c) That the customer has read, understood, and agreed to the Return Policy, including its restrictions on returns of industrial machinery;
(d) That the customer is solely responsible for proper installation, operation, training of personnel, and maintenance of the machine in accordance with the user manual and instructions provided.

This acknowledgment is a material condition of the sale.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall BlingMatiX, nor any of its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, or suppliers, be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of production, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in any way connected with:

- Your use of, or inability to use, the website or the product;
- Any defect, malfunction, or failure of the product;
- Any delay in delivery, support, or warranty service;
- Any action or inaction by the customer in operating or maintaining the product.

BlingMatiX's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the product or these terms shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid by the customer for the product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlingMatiX and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the product, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Variation of Terms
BlingMatiX may revise these Terms at any time. Customers are expected to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website or product after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the product shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea. For customers located in the United States or other jurisdictions, BlingMatiX may, at its sole discretion, agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration or in another mutually agreed forum.

17. Independent Entity
BlingMatiX is an independent company. It is not affiliated with, owned by, or operated as part of any other company. Any reference to manufacturers or suppliers is made solely to identify the origin of the product and does not create any partnership, agency, or joint venture.
